Quelques recettes de pâtes

The origin of the pasta products is discussed and several countries dispute paternity of it: Italy and China, but also Korea, Japan, France and Germany. The first industrial production of the pastes would have however begun in Naples at beginning the the XV 2nd century and the development of the process of desiccation took place about 1800 in Torre Annunziata. It is very probable that Marco Polo brought back various receipts of China, because one finds all the most known forms in Italy, in the Chinese traditional kitchen. A doubt persists as for the Chinese origin, because one finds ustensils being used to manufacture pastes in the ruins of Pompéi, which could date from year 79, that does not contradict however a possible Chinese origin, because in the ruins of Pompéi was also found a mirror typically Chinese, recognizable with its reasons, and on a mural, a character with a conical hat of Chinese farmer.
